Los Danzantes Mezcal, a brand that's been dancing to its own rhythm since 1997, was founded by twin brothers Gustavo and Jaime Muñoz, along with winemaker Hugo D’Acosta. They transformed a disused palenque in Santiago Matatlán, the Mezcal Capital of the World, into a haven for artisanal mezcal production. Karina Abad, a chemist and master mezcalera, oversees the production of their seven varieties, ensuring each bottle captures the spirit of the plant.
