Up front you get a bit of heat – a bit of a jalapeno hit. It will follow with the typical peppery/vegetal/floral taste you expect of a decent tep. In terms of mouth feel, there isn’t much to note other than a non-descript, medium viscosity. It’s a nice mezcal. You’ll probably pay a little over $100 in the states for a bottle.
