Founded in 1999, Alipus Mezcal is a project of the Destilería Los Danzantes, with a strong social focus and a commitment to elevating the quality of artisanal mezcal production. The brand works with 11 producers from six different regions, each lending their unique touch to the mezcal they produce. Alipus Mezcal is all about trust and community, with no exclusivity contracts binding their producers. This allows the brand to grow organically, inviting new producers to join the family when production reaches its peak.
