Pal’alma Puebla – Papalometl

Pal'alma Mezcal, the export brand for Almamezcalera, is curated by the "Indiana Jones of Agave", Erick Rodriguez. Known for his adventurous spirit and deep commitment to local traditions, Erick collaborates with a single mezcalero per state, including regions not currently acknowledged under the Mezcal Denomination of Origin. This results in small batches of unique, uncertified agave distillates. The brand is deeply rooted in rustic ingenuity, working with bona fide local legends to produce mezcal that's rich and deep, even at higher ABV. Previously, these spirits were only available through direct meetings with Erick, making them highly coveted among mezcal aficionados. Now, they're reaching a wider audience, continuing to embody the local traditions and adventurous spirit of their curator.
