They've built their brand on a promise to plant and harvest the highest quality agave to create a mezcal of the finest variety. The brand is named after three generations of Javiers in the family. The brothers oversee the entire production process, from cultivation to distillation, ensuring the mezcal's quality and authenticity. The brand has grown significantly, with its products now available in prestigious restaurants and bars in Los Angeles and beyond. Los Javis also provides employment to around 50 local community members in Oaxaca, contributing to the local economy.
