The brand works with different producers across the state of Chihuahua, each contributing a unique recipe. The brand was born out of a desire to support local producers, ensure the future of the Dasylirion plant (used to make Sotol), and serve as a link to preserve the history of the category. The brand features the work of master sotolero Bienvenido Fernandez, who has over 40 years of experience producing sotol. His batches typically range from 120 to 160 liters. Clande Sotol offers a contrast between sotol from the desert and sotol from the forest, each with its unique aroma and flavor profile.
